Electrical Engineering Manager

-1. Forecasts defects and schedules electrical / electronic preventive maintenance. 2. Designs, builds and maintains electrical control systems, machinery and equipment. 3. Oversees inspection and electrical maintenance programs. 4. Assists in implementation of machine improvements and projects. 5. Maintenance of auxiliary equipments (compressor, air dryer and power room transformers) including Inkjet and Crayon Plus printers. 6. Early detects and prevents electrical / electronic defects encountered in equipments or systems in production area. 7. Performs troubleshooting, repairs and modification of electrical / electronic assemblies in production machinery and equipments. 8. Reports any operation abnormalities to production support manager / production supervisor and requests additional maintenance time if needed. 9. Coordinates with spare parts store supervisor to ensure that sufficient stock of electrical / electronic components is available and maintained. 10. Modifies machine programs or new programs for better performance of machine operation according to instructions of Production Manager. 11. Makes necessary backups for all programs used in machines and controls. 12. Trains electrical technicians to troubleshoot possible electronic defects and to obtain better understanding of their job.
